The Position FullStack Labs is seeking a skilled UX/UI Web Design Specialist to lead our visual identity. The ideal candidate has experience in web and graphic design, creating engaging, functional, and visually compelling content that aligns with our brand style and enhances user experience. Responsibilities: - 5+ years of professional experience in web and graphic design. - Advanced English skills. - Degree in Design, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Expertise in Figma. - Proven experience in web design, following UX best practices. - Strong graphic design skills, creating PDFs, AI-generated images, ads, and social media assets. - Maintaining a cohesive brand style across digital platforms. - Managing and organizing brand visuals and assets. - Motion Graphics, Ad Design, Illustration, Basic Video Editing experience is a plus. - Forensic attention to detail. - A positive mindset and a can-do attitude. - Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams. - Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems. - Taking ownership of your work and meeting expectations. - Identifying with our clients' goals and delivering on commitments. - Consistently working 40 hours per week.
