Regular updates on keyword performance and growth, backlink/outreach performance, optimized page performance and rankings. - Providing forecasts & performance results against defined SEO KPIs and metrics on a weekly, monthly, quarterly basis. - Analyze log files, crawl records, and web analytics data to identify opportunities. - Prioritize a continuous backlog of CRO experiments against key business objectives. **MUST-HAVES** - Exceptional organizational skills with at least 3 years of work experience managing projects. - Deep expertise in content organization and its impact on search results. - Experience working with partners and industry associations to develop quality backlinks. - Must be a team player who can work with various stakeholders within the team. - Experience with technical writing that improves quality of the content for better rankings and conversion rate. - Strong communication skills to ensure reports and performance metrics are delivered in an effective and concise manner. - Optimizing content for Desktop and Mobile. - Working knowledge of tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs and Google Keyword - Expertise in Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Sheets - Knowledge of schema.org best practices and development of structured data is a must - Knowledge of MS Suite - Word, Excel, Powerpoint **NICE-TO-HAVES** - Working knowledge of HubSpot CRM **YOUR BENEFITS** - Competitive compensation plan - Comprehensive employee benefits - Company sponsored laptop and other office equipment - Fully Remote with occasional travel to head office in Montreal, Canada - Career development opportunities
