Key Responsibilities: Co-lead and implement integrated strategies in retail to accelerate customer-centric programs, bringing the voice of the customer into program design to maximize relevance and execution at the point of sale. Develop customer and portfolio development plans, including occasion-based marketing, SKU optimization, innovation, and promo mechanics, aligning with marketing and operational teams. Partner with the Modern Trade Execution team to deploy occasion-centric strategies and enable integrated approaches. Develop and execute joint business plans with retail customers and bottlers aligned with company strategy. Manage metrics, analyze performance, and adjust plans to meet targets, collaborating across internal teams. Coordinate with customers and bottlers to implement activities, acting as facilitator and mediator for operational issues. Manage budgets, analyze contractual payments, and optimize investments. Lead the Coca-Cola System to sustained growth in assigned customers, focusing on volume, revenue, and profitability targets. Ensure effective communication and business planning, including annual customer plans and strategic insights. Identify opportunities based on market, consumer, and channel analysis, and develop strategies to capitalize on them. Support capability development in areas like Category Management and Customer Service. Lead tactical plans to achieve business goals and accelerate marketplace execution. Experience & Requirements: Over 5 years managing customer relationships in FMCG companies. Experience in commercial and operational marketing. Bachelor’s degree required. Fluent in Spanish and English. Bottler experience is desirable. Functional Skills: Expertise in retail customer management, system planning, channel/shopping marketing, RGM, and system economics. Broad knowledge in category management, project management, and supply chain. Strong negotiation, influence, data management, and strategic skills.
