This influential position will spearhead our most transformative endeavor yet—a project poised to redefine Rappi for the long haul. You'll be the linchpin, working closely with internal departments—finance, product, support, comms—to deliver exceptional results that profoundly impact our customers and drive approximately 80% of the company's revenue. Managing this role means influencing over 500 individuals, shaping strategies, and leading initiatives that will shape the company's trajectory. Impeccable organization, expertise in data analytics, advanced Excel/Sheets skills, and proficiency in querying structured databases are crucial. Identifying trends, discovering fresh opportunities, and offering strategic insights for this colossal project will be the cornerstone of your success. Serve as the Sales, Planning, and Analysis (SP&A;) partner for the area, providing strategic insights and analytical support.- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and documents.- Coordinate the implementation of comprehensive plans.- Develop and manage tracking dashboards.- Collaborate cross-functionally to fully realize project solutions, crucial to the company's overall success.- Analyze metrics, craft performance reports, and offer strategic recommendations.- Proactively identify implementation risks and propose effective solutions Bien y ahora, ¿Cuáles son los requisitos para que yo sea parte de este universo de neón?- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering (Experience in Management Consulting and/or Investment Banking could also be a strong fit, irrespective of educational background).- Minimum of 5 years experience, preferably in orchestrating complex implementations.- Proficiency in SQL.- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.- Adept at analytical thinking and problem-solving.- Strong organizational and time management abilities.- Thrives in an unstructured environment, adept at offering fresh perspectives and innovative solutions.- Demonstrates a bias toward action, effectuating change even in seemingly challenging situations.- Possesses a discerning eye to anticipate implementation hurdles and acts swiftly to mitigate them.
