We’re looking for talented Bookkeepers to join our dynamic team in various cities across Latin America! **Locations**: - Guatemala City, Honduras - Chihuahua, México - Córdoba, Argentina - Cali, Bucaramanga, Bogotá, Barranquilla, Medellín, Colombia **Schedule**: - Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm EST **Language Requirement**: - English: B2 level **Key Responsibilities**: - Maintain accurate financial records for clients by recording all transactions. - Reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy. - Prepare financial statements and reports. - Communicate with clients to gather necessary financial information and provide updates. - Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service and satisfaction. - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in bookkeeping and financial management. **Requirements & Skills**:Hard Skills**: - Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel. - Technical bookkeeping, financial reporting, and preparation of financial statements. - Bank statements and account reconciliation. - Understanding of financial regulations and standards. - Minimum of 2+ years of professional bookkeeping experience. **Soft Skills**: - Attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Highly organized and able to multitask. - Ability to work independently or as part of a team. - Client-facing and adaptable.
