About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead our team and drive business success. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day business operations, managing a team of up to 150 FTE, and reporting to the Vice President. Key Responsibilities - Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact on a daily basis. - Provide updates on performance and present in business reviews (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually). - Work closely with team leaders and teammates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed. - Maintain high-performing teams by ensuring KPIs are met consistently and solving business problems through innovation. Requirements - B2 English Level or Higher. - Two plus years of managing supervisors in the call center environment; BPO experience is a plus. - One plus year of client management experience. - Nice to have: Bachelor degree in business administration or management. - Excellent communication and presentation skills.
