About the role As a Financial Risk Analyst for DING , you will analyze, monitor, and manage financial risks related to the company's operations, ensuring early threat detection, mitigation strategy implementation, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards. What you need to succeed Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Specialization in Risk Management or Finance is preferred. Experience with data analysis tools. Advanced Excel skills are required; experience with SQL, Power BI, Python, or R is advantageous. At least 2–3 years of experience in financial risk analysis within the financial sector. What you will do Identify, measure, and analyze financial risks including credit, market, liquidity, and fraud risks. Develop risk analysis models and generate reports to support strategic decisions. Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards related to risk management. Help build and maintain key risk indicators (KRIs) and performance metrics. Evaluate emerging risks and recommend mitigation actions. Collaborate with various departments to implement controls and improve processes to minimize financial risks. Participate in audits, providing relevant risk information. Keep abreast of trends and best practices in financial risk management.
