What you will do The Strategic Sourcing Manager, PackagingProcurement in North America is responsible for developing andimplementing sourcing policies and plans, identifying competitivesources for packaging, analyzing costs, leading the bidding andsupplier selection process, negotiating contracts, and refining thesupplier relationship management program to achieve business goals. As the Manager, you will also measure and track performance in Packaging subcategories and work closely with relevant departmentsto ensure delivery of cost, quality, service, and innovationdemanded by the company and its customers: Key Responsibilities 1.Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for packaging in North America that meet business OKRs, quality and regulatorycompliance needs. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams toidentify cost-saving opportunities and drive continuous improvementinitiatives. 3. Manage supplier relationships and negotiatecontracts to ensure quality, cost, and delivery targets are met. 4. Lead the bidding, supplier selection process, as well as lead allcontract negotiations and contract finalization. 5. Stay up-to-datewith industry trends and market conditions to identify potentialrisks and opportunities. 6. Locate, research, evaluate, select anddevelop potential sources of materials. What we are looking for Required Qualifications 1. 3 years of experience in strategicsourcing or procurement or packaging engineering. 2. Bachelor'sdegree in business, or equivalent experience. 3. Proven trackrecord of driving benefits and process improvements in afast-paced, dynamic environment. 4. Strong commercial and contractnegotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build andmaintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders. 5. Proven ability to lead and execute projects and achieve businessgoals. 6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 7. Experience in locating, researching, evaluating, selecting anddeveloping potential sources of materials or services. DesiredQualifications 1. Advanced negotiation and communication skills. 2.
