**Location**:Bogota, DC, CO, 110231 **Company**:TELTONIKA - Currently, we are inviting an ambitious **Sales Group Leader** to join our growing South America Sales team in **Bogotá-Colombia** to work with **Telematics** devices portfolio oriented to B2B market needs in the local region. - Teltonika’s **telematics business unit** develops and produces easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management in such spheres as logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. Using the latest technologies, Teltonika sets new standards for the telematics industry. - The **Sales Group Leader** will be responsible for leading the Telematics sales team and driving the business to achieve the goals assigned by headquarters. You will manage and administer the business to increase existing market share and ensure the entry of Teltonika Telematics products into new business areas. This position will contribute to the business's success by ensuring revenue and other key performance goals. Must build and maintain a motivated and focused high-performance team to support business growth, will be responsible for providing a highly effective sales and market development strategy, supporting employees, processes, and operational routines, and seeking solutions and improvements to import our devices produced in Lithuania. **In this role, you will**: - Lead, train, motivate, and maintain your own sales team representing Teltonika Telematics - Execute strategic plans to reach sales targets and expand the customer base - Direct and manage the performance and development of your team - Provide training and counseling for individual team members to ensure targets are met - Be taking on the role as a playing coach in all sales processes until your sales team will be strong enough to play independently - Maintain internal systems and ensure that all sales managers fill in the systems correctly; - Manage the team to assure 100% of sales plan realization - Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and finding opportunities for growth - Ensure order tracking and correction - Coordinate technical inquiries **What we expect from you**: - Strong Experience in IoT focusing on Telematics solutions. - At least 3 years of hands-on B2B Telematics sales experience with a track record of success. - At least 2 years of team management experience (leading sales representatives) - Leadership skills, growth and problem-solving oriented mindset and ability to manage and motivate teams. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders. - Fluency in English (both spoken and written) - Ability to adapt fast and make decisions independently. - Results focused personality and a track-record that reflects it. - Good understanding of customer relations, and a strong motivation to work in B2B sales with active business client search. - Have critical thinking and a strong desire for personal and professional growth. - Have worked on a CRM system. **What we offer**: - Compensation: a competitive salary matching your skillset and experience in the GPS market - Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM - Worktype: Onsite, 1 day home office - Office address: Bogotá, Cra. 17 # 93-09, Edificio Ecotower 93 - Training: onboarding on Teltonika‘s internal systems, sales process, product related topics; providing constant necessary materials, and providing a continuous feedback to unlock more of your potential - Career development opportunities - Caring and supportive team: we constantly seek for our employees to have better leadership while regularly sending our managers to external coaching sessions; conducting Annual Employee Engagement surveys; other Management, HR initiatives to help scale business and personal goals better.
