Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) Day-to-Day Activities & Responsibilities: Design email templates that are visually appealing, responsive, and aligned with the brand. Collaborate closely with the email strategist (no apparel design involved). Required Hard & Soft Skills: Proficiency in Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar tools. Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects. Excellent communication skills for feedback incorporation. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising quality. Experience with typography and layout design. C1 English proficiency level Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role Own portfolio showcasing relevant work Desired Hard & Soft Skills: Exceptional project management skills to handle multiple campaigns. Design responsive and engaging email templates. Understanding of HTML/CSS for emails is a plus. Knowledge of email best practices and responsive design.
