About the Role: We're seeking an experienced Renewals Manager to own the renewals motion for a portfolio of mid-market accounts. The primary goal is to secure renewals and minimize churn while delivering an exceptional experience to our customers. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end renewal process, lead negotiations, review contracts, and collaborate across teams to ensure a smooth process. - Manage the renewal process for a portfolio of mid-market accounts - Lead negotiations to secure favorable agreements - Identify early warning signs of risk and coordinate internal efforts - Communicate professionally and empathetically with customers via phone and email Key requirements include: Commercial Acumen: A deep understanding of commercial principles and practices is essential. Teamwork: The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
