Job Description: The Insurance Specialist is responsible for providing life insurance solutions to clients. This role requires a dynamic individual with an independent mindset and the drive to succeed. Responsibilities: - Promote and provide tailored life insurance solutions to address client's protection, and long-term saving needs - Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term financial planning - Generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling - Stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes - Perform other tasks as required Requirements: - Bachelor's/College Degree holder - Work experience in bancassurance sales is highly preferred, but those with sales and customer service experience are also encouraged to apply - Good communication, interpersonal, and client relationship skills - Self-driven, committed, and highly motivated Preferred Qualifications: - Ability to analyze client needs and recommend suitable solutions - Customer service orientation with problem-solving ability - A capacity for constant learning from both success and failure - Open to change and continuous improvement When working with Manulife, you will be empowered to learn and grow in your career.
