Job Title: Artificial Intelligence Tech Lead About the Role: We are seeking an experienced AI leader to spearhead our AI team, reporting to the CTO. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the AI team by assigning tasks, supervising, mentoring, and unblocking challenges while working hands-on to develop new products, create new features, and ensure overall performance. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the AI team by assigning tasks, supervising, mentoring, and unblocking challenges - Work hands-on developing new products, creating new features, and ensuring stability - Serve as a point of contact for upper management, interacting with key stakeholders to identify and prioritize needs - Establish and document best practices as well as transferring knowledge to teams across the organization Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence - 4+ years of experience in Machine Learning (ML) - 2+ years of experience in Prompt Engineering - 1+ year of experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) - Solid background in software development - Experience with LLMs & Generative AI - Leadership experience - Advanced level of English
