Join our dynamic global team as a Payroll Analyst, where you'll play a critical role in ensuring accurate and compliant payroll operations for our LATAM workforce. You'll be the go-to expert for payroll inquiries, working closely with the Global Payroll Director to optimize processes and align with our global payroll strategy. What You’ll Do: Payroll Processing & Compliance: Execute accurate and timely payroll processing for all LATAM employees, including salary calculations, bonuses, allowances, and deductions, adhering to local, state, and federal regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll requirements, ensuring continuous compliance. Employee Support & Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee payroll inquiries, providing clear, accurate, and timely resolutions. Liaise effectively with local payroll bureaus to address complex employee and business queries. Work with external payroll vendors and third-party providers to ensure smooth payroll processing and resolve any discrepancies. Data Management & Reporting: Maintain meticulous employee payroll records and generate comprehensive reports, ensuring data confidentiality and adherence to data protection regulations. Prepare for and support internal and external payroll audits, providing accurate and readily accessible documentation. Generate and analyze payroll reports for management, providing actionable insights. Collaboration & Process Improvement: Collaborate with HR and Benefits teams to ensure accurate payroll deductions for benefits programs. Contribute to regional and global payroll initiatives, including system implementations and process optimization projects, driving continuous improvement. Proactively seek ways to improve payroll processes and efficiencies. What You’ll Bring: Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in payroll administration, with a strong understanding of payroll laws and tax regulations across various LATAM countries (e.g. Colombia, Mexico, Panama). Experience processing multi-state or multi-country payrolls is highly desirable. Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex payroll discrepancies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum 90% proficiency). Proficiency in Human Capital Management (HCM) systems (e.g., Workday, SAP) and advanced Excel skills for payroll analysis and reporting. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships with employees and stakeholders. A proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Availability to work onsite 3 times a week.
