This role will support both the Director of Growth and the Head of Sales in enhancing operational efficiency and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for contributing to a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities: Handle the following sales and marketing support duties: Support primary and ancillary sellers in task execution, lead advancement, deal progression, and communication. Be proactive in identifying stuck items in the CRM and advancing them. Handle the following reporting and data management tasks: Develop and distribute sales/marketing reports and insights to support decision-making. Configure CRM tools to enhance operational efficiency and stakeholder impact. Handle the following campaign and program management duties: Collaborate on marketing initiatives (email, content, customer stories, etc.). Assist in activating campaigns. Qualifications: Experience supporting executives - Proven experience supporting executives, prioritizing multiple stakeholders, and advancing key tasks with clear, direct communication. Hands-on experience in a B2B environment - (Preferably B2B services) with an understanding of lead/deal advancement and proactive seller support. CRM Expertise - Advanced CRM knowledge ( HubSpot preferred ) with skills in configuration, data management, and driving system improvements. Organization and Communication - Highly organized, able to prioritize tasks, communicate proactively, and execute independently with multiple stakeholders. Operational Support and Reporting - Experience in sales reporting, deal advancement, lead tracking, and driving operational changes across teams. Ideal, or Nice to have qualifications (Plus): Experience planning, communicating, and driving incremental changes within operational systems that impact diverse stakeholders. Experience supporting the following marketing campaigns is preferred: Content creation and content management. Customer story process, from capture to publish. Customer reference collection processes. Proficient in tools like Microsoft Teams and 365 suite is preferred . Ability to support sales tasks, including deal advancement, lead tracking, and scheduling communications. Ability to anticipate how to help sellers. Has strong executive function skills with the ability to be succinct, direct, and articulate, especially when advancing key tasks or decisions. Highly organized, transparent in execution, and able to manage priorities from multiple stakeholders.
