Role Objective: Promote, lead, and achieve growth objectives in the services business in assigned clients. What would be some of your responsibilities? Lead the growth strategy of the services business unit in the assigned clients. Work with the entire sales team to promote the offers defined as strategic in the business unit. Detect and develop Power and Industry business opportunities. Conduct commercial visits to assigned customers. Promote the digital offer within business opportunities. Reach targets in orders and sales in the services business unit. Ensure the satisfaction of assigned customers. Promote recurring and digital contracts in assigned clients. Identify and close consulting businesses. Support the service sales strategy through channels. Work toward GM's goals of the services business unit. Qualifications Do you have these key experiences and qualifications? Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar relevant field or experience. An MBA is a plus (in business or management). 5 years of experience in offer exploration and incubation. Knowledge of AI and development tools, Jira / Aha! Software. Former experience in industries such as digital services, industrial automation, and software. Established knowledge on digital transformation, digital and sustainable services. Experience in agile frameworks in software development. Accustomed to working in a cross-functional/international environment. Familiarity with Design Thinking, Value Proposition Design, and Lean Start Up. Creative problem-solving mindset. Consulting & Business Solutions experience. A little about us...
