We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Salesforce Project Manager to lead the execution and delivery of Salesforce initiatives. In this role, you will manage cross-functional teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure projects are aligned with organizational goals. You will oversee system implementations, integrations, and enhancements while ensuring high-quality results within defined timelines and scope. Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders and senior leadership to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables Create comprehensive project plans, timelines, and allocate resources effectively to meet project goals Lead cross-functional teams, including Salesforce developers, administrators, analysts, and QA professionals, to ensure successful outcomes Oversee daily project operations, track progress, and address challenges or risks as they arise Act as the primary point of contact for project communication, ensuring alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders Coordinate data migration, system integrations, and user acceptance testing (UAT) processes Ensure adherence to organizational policies, data protection standards, and Salesforce best practices throughout the project lifecycle Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and provide regular updates to stakeholders Drive change management processes and deliver training to support the adoption of new Salesforce solutions Continuously evaluate and improve project management methodologies and tools to enhance efficiency

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field At least 8 years of experience managing Salesforce projects with a track record of successful delivery A minimum of 3 years in leadership positions such as Manager, Architect, or Coordinator, demonstrating strong team management capabilities At least 2 years of experience overseeing teams of 20 or more members Proven experience in at least five full-cycle Salesforce projects or launching key product features to market Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, products, and core functionalities Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies for managing projects Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to drive project success Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of thriving in complex organizational settings Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken, to effectively collaborate with clients and stakeholders

Nice to have

Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or PMP Experience working with Salesforce clouds like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud Familiarity with integration tools like MuleSoft or APIs for seamless system connectivity Knowledge of data migration processes and strategies for effective change management
