Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business System Analyst to join our team. As an IT Business System Analyst, you will design ETO changes in CRM/ECC SAP based on requirements/projects from the ETO business. You will support all ETO applications and interfaces and understand the end-to-end ETO process used by Rockwell Automation teams. You will ensure consistency of the ETO process across all Rockwell Automation teams that utilize ETO. As an integral member of an Agile Capability Team, you will collaborate with ETO business personnel to identify needs within CRM/ECC. - Design ETO changes in CRM/ECC SAP codes and test new ETO BU solutions. - Support current ETO applications, interfaces, and WRICEFS. - Support teams and development related to the end-to-end ETO process. - Collaborate with ETO business personnel to identify needs within CRM/ECC. Required Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar technical discipline. - At least 4 years of experience in CRM and ECC SAP, including configuration of CRM, SD, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Purchasing modules. - Experience in ABAP Development. - Experience with Agile development methodologies and system/process documentation.
