**About the Role**: **Key Responsibilities**: - Recruitment & Hiring** - Design and implement recruitment strategies aligned with company values and growth plans - Maintain a strong pipeline for key and recurring roles - Write and post compelling job ads across platforms - Track and analyze recruiting KPIs to improve efficiency - **Performance & Talent Development** - Support performance review cycles and goal setting - Help implement improvement plans and promote a feedback culture - Provide data insights to support talent decisions - **Culture & Engagement** - Develop initiatives to promote employee engagement and retention - Organize events and team-building activities - Support DEI programs and promote company values - Contribute to a culture of well-being and recognition **- Requirements**: - Degree in Labor Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or related field - 4-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house or agency) - Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken) - Experience hiring in the U.S. or international markets is a plus - Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed) - Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills - High level of discretion and attention to detail **- What We Offer**: - A dynamic and supportive international team - A flexible and inclusive work culture - Opportunities for professional growth **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Ability to commute/relocate: - Bogotá D.C., Cundinamarca: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred) **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Experience**: - recruitment: 4 years (preferred) **Language**: - English (required) Application Deadline: 11/06/2025
