In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining reports that directly impact client business performance, conducting deep dive analyses, and translating complex data into actionable insights. You will work directly with marketing tools and platforms to access campaign data, build compelling presentations, and identify optimization opportunities across multiple channels. Responsibilities: Build and maintain automated reports for eComm, B2B, and B2C with performance metrics across all marketing channels based on client needs and our recommendations Access and analyze data directly from marketing platforms (Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.) to identify meaningful performance insights Create and update weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance decks with a focus on data storytelling and actionable recommendations Conduct deep dive analyses to uncover optimization opportunities and answer specific business questions Transform complex data into clear, concise visualizations that effectively communicate performance to clients and internal stakeholders Utilize Google Sheets and other tools for sophisticated data manipulation and analysis Simplify and present findings eloquently with a focus on connecting data to business outcomes Employ AI technologies to enhance reporting capabilities and generate deeper insights Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem to enhance reporting capabilities Role Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics or digital marketing Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, campaign structures, and customer journey Familiarity with major digital marketing platforms (Meta, Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.) Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for data manipulation and analysis (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, or Google Data Studio Understanding of statistical concepts like regression modeling, test/control analysis, etc. Experience creating performance presentations and conveying data narratives Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking Self-motivated and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Task Delivery Rate: 90%+ Tasks completed on or before delivery date Task Accuracy Rate: 90%+ Tasks completed successfully on initial delivery (tasks not re-opened for inaccuracies or missed requirements) Most Important Things (MITs) Data Storytelling and Insight Generation: Transform raw data into meaningful narratives that highlight key performance indicators, trends, and actionable recommendations. Marketing Channel Expertise: Maintain deep understanding of digital marketing platforms, metrics, and campaign structures. Stay current with platform changes and be able to contextualize performance data within the broader marketing strategy. Client Communication and Reporting Excellence: Develop clear, visually appealing reports and presentations that effectively communicate performance insights. Proactively identify opportunities, address client questions, and maintain regular communication regarding deliverables and timelines. Continuous Improvement of Reporting Systems: Constantly seek ways to enhance reporting templates, dashboards, and analysis methodologies. Streamline reporting processes, improve visualization techniques, and incorporate new metrics to provide more comprehensive performance insights.
