What You'll Do Understand and define complex business needs and translate them into technical requirements. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear understanding and delivery of solutions. Drive continuous process improvements across projects and teams. Define, document, and manage functional requirements, user stories, use cases, business cases, and BRDs.Engage stakeholders through effective communication, elicitation of requirements, and impactful presentations. What You Know You must reside in Chile or Colombia Advanced english skills 4+ years of relevant experience Strong experience with Tableau, Power BI, and SQL. Understanding of how a Scrum team operates, including the creation and management of user stories and Business Requirements Documents (BRDs). Ability to define and understand business needs clearly and translate them into functional requirements. Critical Skills Analytical Thinking: Business process modeling, root cause analysis Communication: Stakeholder engagement, requirements elicitation, presentation skills Documentation: Business cases, user stories, use cases, BRDs Problem Solving : Gap analysis, SWOT analysis, decision modeling Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of industry standards, business operations, and best practices Tools: MS Excel, Visio, JIRA, Confluence, BPM tools, Tableau/Power BI (for data insights) Education Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
