Job description The Analyst, Customer MDM isresponsible for managing workflows involving customer master datacreation/updates, process improvement and maintenance within therelevant ERP system. High level of accuracy and attention to detailis required. What you will do: 1. Work with relevant stakeholdersand processes to maintain corporate customer master database,including set-up and maintenance of customer information within ERPsystem. 2. Work with cross-divisional business units andappropriate team members to troubleshoot Customer Master Data salesarea issues. 3. Identify issues and risks to appropriate teammembers relating to Customer Master Data and potential adverseimpacts to the business. 4. Primary interaction withcross-functional areas (such as field personnel, Finance,Compliance, etc.) 5. Understand and use available database and ERPsystems required for work group. 6. Minimal supervision, assist inmaintaining policies and procedures, respond to incoming inquiries.7. Perform other duties as assigned. 8. Accuracy and attention todetail is critical for this position. 9. Support stakeholder SLA’sand work to provide KPI’s. What you need: 1. Bachelor’s Degree inAccounting, Finance, Business, IS or related discipline. 2. Fluentspoken and written English. Any other language is a plus. 3. Musthave excellent verbal and written interpersonal communicationsskills. 4. Excellent analytical skills. 5. Exceptional skills inapplicable Microsoft software programs. 6. Business Intelligencetools preferred (Microsoft reporting, PowerBi). 7. Major ERPsystems experience (SAP or MDG) is a plus. 8. Must be able toorganize with the ability to prioritize work and keep accurate anddetailed records. 9. Must have excellent time management skillswith the ability to use independent judgment effectively. 10.
