We are looking for our next Project Manager (Traffic Manager). This person works across multiple disciplines and helps the team do the best work they possibly can. The successful candidate for this position will be someone who values collaboration, takes responsibility for activities they do not have authority over, and is eager to learn and grow with the organization. Responsibilities: Apply practical project management techniques to move projects along within different departments. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects (Traditional and Digital Marketing projects). Provide regular and timely reporting of project progress. Proactively manage foreseen project risks, mitigating as necessary. Ensure deliverables are completed within the baselined schedule and against defined quality standards. Communicate a common understanding of project goals by setting and managing expectations. Develop and maintain all detailed project management documentation including but not limited to project charter, project plan, risk & mitigation plans, RACI(A), status, etc. Responsible for end-to-end project life cycle management, key deliverables, meeting facilitation and checkpoints, project planning and execution, risk management, issue management, communications, training and operational readiness, and implementation. Manage changes to the project without unduly affecting the stated objectives and benefits. Identify & communicate impact (scope, time, quality, resources) concisely for decision-making. Maintain and update project collaboration sites and project deliverables. Perform other duties as assigned or requested. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing or relative areas. Agency Traffic Management previous experience. 360 Marketing. +2 years project management experience in an agency, or marketing product development company. Experience creating and managing critical path. Experience with targeted communication on project status and goals with the ability to effectively present information to all levels of the organization. Experience leading projects from start to finish – planning, kick off, execution through to release management for software, or product. Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment. Proficiency in English.
