We're a fast-paced team looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who is excited to learn from smart people. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the marketing team to achieve quarterly OKRs and weekly KPIs. 2. Main KPI will be reducing cost-per-qualified lead. 3. Oversee Paid Media Buyer across Meta, LinkedIn, and X channels. 4. Lead Organic Content Team (UGC, Podcasts, Social, Thought Leadership). 5. Manage Customer Lifecycle Manager. 6. Analyze conversion events using Google Analytics to inform campaign strategies. 7. Track and report on campaign performance metrics weekly. 8. Maintain and update performance dashboards with latest data. 9. Conduct A/B testing for landing pages to optimize conversion rates. 10. Provide thorough feedback to landing page designers. 11. Dive into HubSpot to architect new funnels. 12. Collaborate closely with creative team to get assets made. Career Growth: This role offers a clear path for professional growth, mentored by our CEO. Qualifications: 1. 4+ years in B2B marketing, preferably with 2+ years for a notable brand. 2. 1-2 years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns. 3. 1-2 years in content marketing or brand marketing. 4. Proficient in HubSpot. 5. Managed at least 3 people who directly reported to you. 6. Experience managing a creative team. 7. Very quantitative: skilled in analyzing, tracking, and reporting on campaign metrics. 8. Proficient in using formulas in Google Sheets. 9. Comfortable leading the team in generating B2B content. 10. Knowledgeable in conducting A/B testing for landing page optimization. 11. Able to wireframe a landing page in Miro/Figma. 12. Experience in managing B2B lifecycle. 13. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote environment. 14. Speak quickly. 15. Fluent in English.
