Located in Bogota, this role, under the guidance of the HR Shared Services Senior Manager, involves project management and process improvement within the Total Rewards Operations team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Leading continuous improvement projects in Total Rewards Operations Partnering, collaborating, and coaching others to drive initiatives and promote problem-solving Managing operational aspects of projects and liaising with stakeholders Reviewing project status, managing schedules, and preparing reports Monitoring projects from initiation through delivery Leading or leveraging cross-functional teams to evaluate and develop processes Assessing issues and developing resolutions to meet goals Evaluating existing processes and collecting data to identify root causes Delivering presentations and training on measurement, analysis, and improvement Identifying best practices for techniques and processes Communicating progress and recognizing team achievements Key Skills & Experience: Bachelor's degree Minimum of 2 years relevant experience Physical Job Requirements: The statements describe the general nature of the work but are not exhaustive.
