We are seeking a visionary Quantitative Finance Specialist to lead the development and implementation of frameworks and methodologies to support our Treasury activities. As a specialist, you will focus on quantitative development, applying state-of-the-art techniques to achieve impactful results for internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely with our team in the Treasury Middle Office and Banking Group (TMB) within the Treasury Division of the Finance Department. Your role will involve pricing, theoretical pricing, and valuation of assets, liabilities, and derivatives, as well as advising on strategies to manage liquidity. Responsibilities - Lead the development of quantitative financial solutions and analytics to support our business lines. - Manage the development of quantitative financial tools and reports needed to support our clients. - Lead the development of quantitative financial analytics and tools to support our capacity-building and advisory business line. - Support the Official Institutions Asset Management and Advisory Program (CAsA), delivering missions, fellowships, and other relevant deliverables. - Work alongside multidisciplinary teams to enhance our Treasury activities. Required Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Education: Master's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or related disciplines. Experience: At least 10 years of work experience at a central bank, sovereign wealth fund, guarantee deposit fund, or relevant multilateral or public financial institution. Skills: Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with an academic background in engineering, math, or finance. Solid knowledge of fixed income and derivatives valuation principles and techniques. Familiarity with Bloomberg and/or Refinitiv. Highly skilled in quantitative finance programming in MATLAB and/or Python. Certifications: Financial Risk Manager (FRM) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) is a plus.
