Job Summary The Information Security Architect is responsible for designing innovative solutions to protect O-I information assets. This role ensures security is integrated into project planning and collaborates with enterprise architects, IT teams, business stakeholders, third parties, and service providers to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations. The Architect develops and updates the Information Security strategy, conducts research on new technologies, designs solutions, and monitors compliance. Main Responsibilities - Collaborate with other architects to define standards supporting security and compliance objectives. - Maintain a 1-3 year security vision and roadmap. - Oversee security in projects to ensure alignment with policies and regulations. - Monitor emerging threats and vulnerabilities, assessing impacts and mitigation strategies. - Stay informed on security trends and evaluate new capabilities. - Develop and oversee security policies and standards. - Plan security systems considering network and security technologies. - Develop and implement network and perimeter security strategies. - Define system availability levels, disaster recovery, and continuity requirements. - Document security architecture and systems security throughout the acquisition lifecycle. - Ensure systems are compliant with cybersecurity guidelines. - Identify and prioritize critical business functions with stakeholders. - Perform security reviews and develop risk management plans. - Contribute to procurement security requirements and risk management activities. - Assess how new systems impact security posture. - Analyze architectures, allocate security services, and select mechanisms. - Evaluate security architectures for adequacy. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or related field. - At least 10 years in IT, with 7+ in information security. - Advanced English proficiency (B2+). Key Skills and Abilities - Experience with IT strategy, enterprise architecture (e.g., TOGAF). - Knowledge of security principles, frameworks (NIST, ISO), and defense-in-depth practices. - Expertise in risk assessment, vulnerability management, and access control. - Understanding of regulatory impacts and legal cooperation. - Proficiency in network design, security, and PKI. - Knowledge of data governance and enterprise data modeling. - Technical knowledge of virtualization, cloud, and mobile tech. - Awareness of industry standards and regulations. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, including in English. - Problem-solving and liaison skills. - Business awareness for balancing security with risk. - TOGAF certification preferred; industry certifications like CISSP, CISA, CEH are desirable. - Deep knowledge of security principles, cyber threats, cryptography, business continuity, and emerging technologies. Additional Information Hybrid Work Model: Flexible work with 2 days/week onsite at Centro Comercial Viva, Envigado, and 3 days remote. Travel Requirements: Less than 10% domestic or international travel may be required.
