Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our Engineering team. This individual will work closely with senior leaders to develop and implement talent strategies that drive business success. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in HRBP roles, with a proven track record of delivering high-ROI people programs. They will also possess deep knowledge of engineering orgs, including operating models, methodologies, roles, and trends. - This role requires exceptional communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills. - Energized by learning, solving complex problems, and driving results. In this role, you will: 1. Take a consultative, data-driven approach to uncover opportunities and drive timely, targeted outcomes. 2. Build high-ROI programs across org design, workforce planning, and culture curation. 3. Partner closely with COEs to ensure your functional talent strategy syncs with cyclical programs. 4. Lead by example—living and modeling Twilio Magic (values). Required Skills and Qualifications * 8+ years of HRBP experience and 3+ years partnering with software engineering or product management teams. * Deep knowledge of engineering orgs, including operating models, methodologies, roles, and trends. * Proven ability to deliver scalable, high-ROI, business-first people programs. * Exceptional communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills. * Energised by learning, solving complex problems, and driving results. * Experience partnering with internal OE consultants and/or HCM strategy firms. * Background working within HRBP teams that build and drive functional talent strategies.
