This role plays a critical part in ensuring competitive quotes and timely, reliable purchasing — all while building and managing strong supplier relationships. You’ll collaborate closely with our sales, logistics, and finance teams to make sure we meet customer needs efficiently and profitably. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate and timely product quotations based on customer needs Process purchase orders after sales are confirmed Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to obtain optimal pricing and terms Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring service quality and reliability Ensure on-time procurement and delivery of materials Monitor inventory levels and coordinate reorders based on demand Resolve issues related to vendor performance, orders, or shipments Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, pricing, and transactions Collaborate with internal teams to align purchasing with company objectives What We’re Looking For 1+ year of experience in purchasing, procurement, quoting, or sales support Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred) Strong English communication skills (B2+ level or higher – will be evaluated) Excellent negotiation skills and a confident, analytical mindset Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing tools/systems Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities independently Quick learner, self-motivated, and eager to take ownership of responsibilities Prior experience with U.S.-based companies is a plus Must be based in Medellín and available for 2 days per week onsite We kindly ask that all applicants: Submit your CV in English only.
