Job Description: The Cloud AppOps team is responsible for: Performing operational duties such as application server health checks and service recycling. Identifying and resolving operational issues like batch failures, network issues, and client data feed errors. Monitoring server performance, memory utilization, CPU, file systems, databases, and batch jobs. Maintaining operational documentation, including incident tracking and run books. Producing metric reports, including daily production status. Reviewing client support tickets and requests within service SLAs. Resolving level 2 and level 3 issues related to application support, databases, and data center operations, and documenting issues in the customer support portal. Providing on-call support during off-hours and working during non-prime shift hours. Qualifications: At least 2 years of application and production support experience in cloud-based hosting, management, and performance tuning in high-availability SLA environments. Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure is preferred. Knowledge of ETL processes is a plus. Experience with Unix, Linux, Windows, Tomcat, SSH, and basic scripting skills. Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, and MySQL. Understanding of complex data and process flows. Effective communication skills (both written and verbal) with internal stakeholders and clients. Experience in application debugging, performance tuning, and scalability. Familiarity with application security best practices. Knowledge of fault detection and resolution processes. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Capacity to multi-task and provide rapid support in production environments.
