Job Description We are looking for a Director of Cloud & Infrastructure Operation s who can lead and elevate our operations team across infrastructure, back-end systems, cloud services, and integration layers. This role requires a hands-on leader who not only drives strategy but is deeply involved in execution—mentoring team members, optimizing systems, and collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders and leadership teams. Responsibilities Lead and manage a high-performing technical operations team Oversee infrastructure (on-premises and cloud), back-end systems, integrations, and cloud-based operations Mentor and coach engineers and tech leads Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional leaders and teams Ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of our systems Own and improve key technical processes and automation initiatives Actively contribute to architecture, design, and development of operational tools and platforms Tools & Technologies Remote Monitoring and Management: N-able Security: S1, Adlumin PSA / Service Desk: AutotaskA Network and Cloud Monitoring Tools VPN Tools Requirements Strong infrastructure experience across on-premises and cloud services Deep expertise in Microsoft cloud-based solutions, particularly Intune Proven security background across enterprise environments Strong scripting, automation, and systems integration experience Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and influence technical teams Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Previous experience in a senior leadership role (Director/Senior Director level or equivalent) This is a high-impact role for a technical leader ready to roll up their sleeves, shape the direction of infrastructure and operations, and be a trusted leader within a growing tech organization.
