Job Description The Control Tower Specialist - OFR is responsible for the management and monitoring of shipments, ensuring good communication with customers and analyzing situations. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and process instructions/requirements to manage import/export OFR operations for different customers. - Establish frequent contact with stakeholders to be aware of shipment status and keep customers informed through timely updates via emails, calls, and status reports. - Monitor shipment status in internal tools (CW1, DHLi, FSI3) and on carriers' websites. - Support track & trace activities and performance reporting for Shipment Management Service Line. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to add value to our customers. - Cross-train within the team. Requirements - Students/professionals in industrial engineering, international business, or related fields. - Minimum 1 year of experience in Logistics. Knowledge of OFR is a plus. - Good communication skills in English (B2 level, verbal and written). - Customer service and communication skills. - Teamwork and autonomy. - Employees who have been in the organization for 12 months or in their current role. - Employees not in transition projects.
