As a Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in connecting incredible talent with exciting opportunities. You’ll partner with hiring teams to build efficient, human-centered hiring processes that support our growth and values. Your responsibilities will include: - Understand and align with staffing needs and hiring plans - Create and manage job postings across platforms - Source candidates through various channels (databases, referrals, events) - Screen applications and conduct initial candidate assessments - Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams - Facilitate evaluations, testing, and feedback collection - Support offer preparation, negotiation, and acceptance - Assist with pre-employment checks and onboarding coordination - Track and report on recruitment metrics and process improvements - Promote a positive candidate experience and employer brand - Implement and utilize recruitment tools and technologies - Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion hiring efforts - Train or guide hiring managers on interview best practices - Perform other associated tasks, as assigned Requirements - 3+ years of proven experience in full-cycle recruiting - English proficiency B2+ - Strong understanding of sourcing methods, including databases, referrals, events, and social media - Knowledgeable in pre-employment checks and onboarding coordination - Capable of tracking recruitment metrics and implementing process improvements - Experienced with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies - Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Benefits Work’s a treat!
