Workers' Compensation Claims and Intake Specialist Job Type: Full-Time About the Role: We’re looking for a detail-oriented Workers' Compensation Claims & Intake Specialist professional to assist with the clerical and administrative tasks related to workplace injury claims. In this role, you’ll help keep our records organized, support injured employees with paperwork, and ensure timely communication between internal teams and external providers. Key Responsibilities: Assist with filing and organizing workers' compensation claims and documentation. Enter and update claim details in internal tracking systems. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of workplace injuries. Help employees complete necessary workers’ comp forms. Conduct basic interviews with injured employees to gather incident details. Collect and organize witness statements and supervisor reports. Follow up on missing or incomplete documentation. Assist in submitting claims to insurance carriers or state agencies. Track employees' work status, medical appointments, and return-to-work progress. Support HR and safety teams with reporting, compliance, and OSHA recordkeeping. What We’re Looking For: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Comfortable communicating with employees about sensitive matters. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience in workers’ compensation, HR, or administrative support is a plus!
