Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team at Different Health. Our platform enables companies to offer personalized health testing and insights, designed to optimize both well-being and performance. Key Responsibilities - Owning the end-to-end development of product features that drive real impact for our clients and their teams - Building responsive, accessible interfaces using Next.js, TypeScript, and SCSS - Designing and implementing APIs and services using Fastify and Node.js - Deploying, monitoring, and scaling our platform on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) - Modeling and working with non-relational databases like MongoDB or similar Requirements - 3+ years of experience in web development, ideally in fast-paced SaaS or health-tech environments - Proficiency with TypeScript, React/Next.js, Node.js, and SCSS - Experience with Fastify or similar backend frameworks - Solid understanding of non-relational databases - Experience with cloud infrastructure, especially Google Cloud Platform - Familiarity with software architecture principles (e.g., Clean Architecture, DDD) What We Offer - Competitive salary (TBD by location) - 100% remote work available - Subsidized wellness perks - The opportunity to help shape the future of preventive health
