CTI Consulting, an American consulting firm located in Florida, is looking for a **bilingual** (Spanish/English) **Appointment Setter** to work **remotely** for a US based company that is democratizing the shipping and logistics industry by empowering its customers with industry insights to improve their business decision making. **What We Need** We are in search of an enthusiastic, driven, positive and self-disciplined appointment setter who handles sales calls from leads, calling prospects and establishing rapport with them in order to schedule sales appointments for the commercial team while ensuring a positive customer experience. **In this role you will be responsible for**: - Managing a list of leads and reaching out to them in order to set up client appointments for members of the sales team. - Prioritize which appointments take priority over others to maximize revenue - Develop and distribute reports of each day’s - Properly explain the products and services to prospective customers when making appointments - Complete required call sheets at the end of each day - Collecting feedback and passing it along to the team to drive constant improvement. **What are the requirements for this position?** - Minimum high school diploma, college degree is preferred. - Advanced English level is a must - Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills (Spanish/English). - Must be able to work independently and be a self-starter. - Strong attention-to-detail, time-management, and organizational skills. - Previous experience with cold calling/commercial areas is a plus. **Job Type**: Contract Pay: $350,000,000 - $450,000,000 per month **Experience**: - Cold Calling: 1 year (preferred) **Language**: - English (required)
