Job summary Miami based Company leader in the plastic and paper packaging industry is looking for a SALES SUPPORT ANALYST for its team in Medellin. As a SALES SUPPORT ANALYST, you will be the right hand of the Sales Representative, helping manage accounts, follow up with clients, support deal closures. You will work closely with the Commercial, Accounting, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth communication and processes throughout the entire sales cycle. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in business administration, international trade, engineering or a related field. - Two years' experience coordinating or supporting international commercial operations, with a passion for commercial processes and client relationship management. - Strong experience with CRM and ERP systems, data analysis, and commercial reporting. - Excellent communication, active listening, and persuasion skills. - Bilingual (English) Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. C1 level required. - Must be a critical thinker, problem solver and detail oriented. - Excellent organizational, time management, multi-tasking and prioritization skills. - Must be proactive and self-directed to perform all duties without close supervision with a sense of urgency.
