Job Description We are seeking a skilled Tech Support Engineer to join our team at Capgemini Engineering. As a Tech Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to customers on various platforms, including SBC platforms. About the Role This is an entry-level position that requires strong expertise in SBC platforms, especially Oracle ACME and Ribbon. You will be working with a global team of engineers, scientists, and architects to help the world's most innovative companies unleash their potential.
