About the role: The Funding expert is responsible for funding operations. You will promote excellence and meet internal SLA’s which will ultimately improve the quality of service we provide to our clients and increase client satisfaction, retention and activity. You will actively work with regional offices across the business to resolve funding issues and suggest innovative solutions to help improve the client funding journey. Key Responsibilities: Validate and execute transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) via CRM and manual processing when needed. Monitor deposits, prevent fraud, and handle chargeback disputes. Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies by coordinating with banks, processors, and PSPs. Report large transactions to Compliance and Dealing while escalating funding issues as necessary. Follow up on pending funding cases and inquiries through company communication channels. Support internal teams by clarifying client funding issues and assisting with ad-hoc tasks as required. Experience and Qualifications: University degree required. Finance or a related field (Preferred). 1 year industry experience in a similar role (Preferred). Previous experience with payment service providers (PSP) such as Praxis & Bridgerpay would be desirable. English level B2 or higher. Person Specifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to prioritize, work under pressure and within tight deadlines. Ability to work to a high degree of accuracy. Ability to evaluate issues from a regulatory perspective with a practical, business-oriented, common-sense approach to complex problem solving.
