Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute client intimacy programs driven by an innovation strategy. - Create, deliver, and support client presentations that showcase Givaudan's value proposition tailored to specific client needs. - Collaborate with sales and evaluation teams to establish olfactory direction and win briefs. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field, with a master's degree in innovation or innovation methodologies preferred. - 5-6 years of experience in industry, with a proven track record in marketing or related fields. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish. - Able to analyze consumer data to strengthen consumer awareness and understanding. - Demonstrate competent olfactory skills and knowledge of fragrance products, trends, key customers, and competitors on a global/regional category level.
