Overview Actively participate in the dailyexecution of planning, activation, post-analysis, and conciliationtasks of TV, Radio, and advertising campaigns in different mediafor high-profile clients of the Agency. Support the Agency'soperation in an efficient, timely, organized, and error-freemanner, thanks to the experience that also allows him to proposeoptimizations to the process of which he is a part and collaboratewith the training of new team members. Responsibilities 1. Analyzing data, thinking creatively, and designing innovativestrategies to ensure client marketing campaigns reach their targetaudience effectively. 2. Working closely with clients to understandtheir needs, desires, and objectives, and determining which mediachannels best fit specific campaigns. 3. Assessing the impact andsuitability of different media types used to target specificmarkets based on client needs and goals. 4. Developing variousoptions for media plans based on client objectives. 5. Analyzingclient post-campaign results and recommending refinements. 6. Interacting with internal and external partners to evaluate,implement, and maintain a media plan. 7. Collecting and analyzinginformation on different media channels, such as newspapers, radio,magazines, television, films, Internet, outdoor posters, anddigital billboards. 8. Creating or recommending specific mediastrategies to attract and retain customers, increase brandrecognition, and maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty. Qualifications MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree inMedia/Advertising, Finance, Economics, or Business related. GOOD TOHAVE SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE: Communication (3), Initiative (3),Planning and organizing (4), Continuous learning (3), Collaboratingwith others (3), Negotiation (4).
