Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated, Spanish-speaking Business Development Specialist to join our offshore team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, contacting, and building relationships with potential clients in the US, helping to drive our business growth. This is a remote position with opportunities for career advancement. Working hours are 9 am to 5:30 pm US Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities: Identify and research potential client companies in the U.S. market. Initiate contact with prospective clients via email, phone, and other communication channels. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs. Present Noor Staffing Group’s services and solutions effectively to decision-makers. Collaborate with the internal recruitment and operations teams to align client needs with available talent. Track and report business development activities, opportunities, and results. Contribute ideas to improve outreach strategies and client engagement. Qualifications: Fluent in Spanish (both written and spoken) and proficient in English. Proven experience in business development/sales in the staffing or recruiting industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven. Comfortable working remotely and managing your schedule effectively. Familiarity with CRM systems and online communication tools is a plus.
