Role Overview As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in extending exceptional customer service to shoppers and donors. You will be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming experience for all customers, ensuring that they feel valued and supported throughout their shopping journey. Main Responsibilities: 1. Encourage and promote a mutual associate/customer relationship that enhances the profitability of Goodwill Industries 2. Establish positive relationships with clients and associates to successfully implement Goodwill's mission services 3. Greet and assist customers and donors upon entering the store 4. Bag merchandise, answer phones correctly, and handle store returns accurately 5. Receive, stock, tag, count, and inventory merchandise 6. Assist in loading and unloading trucks from the distribution center 7. Stock, merchandise, colorize, and size textiles 8.
