Join to apply for the Account Manager role at Essity About the role: Adapt and implement sales strategies and plans that materialize the company's value proposition with clients, aligning the company's interests with those of the clients, and ensuring a solid and sustainable business relationship through leadership and development of the sales teams, and ensuring the achievement of sales, profitability goals. Responsibilities: Implement the strategic vision of the modern channel for each client. Define and develop Joint Business Plans (JBP) for assigned accounts. Ensure the execution of the commercial strategy for key accounts based on understanding of clients, market, and company objectives to meet sales and profitability targets. Gather market development insights, client needs, and competitor activities through diagnostics. Monitor sales, collection, and profitability indicators for assigned accounts. Ensure correct implementation of tactical plans with clients. Support the development of the team under the Essity leadership model. Candidate profile: Degree in Administration, Finance, or related fields, preferably with specialization in administrative and/or marketing areas. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in commercial areas, with recent leadership of Exito chain accounts or similar consumer goods accounts. Experience in negotiation and decision-making based on information. Knowledge of strategic planning, administrative management, and commercial strategy implementation.
