Qualifications - Extreme ownership mindset - Hyper-organization - Assertive communication - Anticipation over reaction - B2B client-facing experience - Experience managing 15 to 25 clients simultaneously - Strong written and spoken English Responsibilities - Onboarding & Setup - Lead smooth, confident onboarding calls - Ensure every client leaves kickoff clear, confident, and excited - Client Communication - Own all client communication across Slack, email, updates, and weekly reports - Proactively check in, pre-handle concerns, and surface issues before clients complain - Daily communication with all clients through Slack. Weekly Zoom calls. - Project management, ensuring timelines of projects are met and that service quality is good before it goes out. - Retention & Relationship Management - Be the early warning system. Catch red flags in results or client sentiment before they become churn - Manage expectations and hold clients accountable to their role in success - Act as the emotional filter between the delivery team and the client.
