Overview JobDescription Publicis Sapient is seeking a highly skilledPerformance Test Engineer to ensure optimal performance across ourmobile applications. You will identify, test, and resolveperformance bottlenecks, collaborating with cross-functional teamsto maintain high standards of application performance andscalability. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: - Design andexecute performance testing strategies for mobile applications. -Identify performance bottlenecks and conduct tests across iOS andAndroid platforms. - Utilize tools like Appium, FirebasePerformance, Android Studio, and Xcode Instruments for performancetesting. - Develop performance benchmarks for responsiveness andresource optimization. - Optimize mobile apps for differentdevices, screen sizes, and operating systems. - Monitor and analyzeperformance metrics such as mobile app startup time, memory usage,CPU usage, and battery consumption. - Collaborate with DevOps tooptimize infrastructure for mobile environments. - Automateperformance tests and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines. -Provide performance optimization recommendations. QualificationsQualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. -Extensive experience in performance engineering for mobileapplications. - Proficient in performance testing tools for mobileplatforms. - Strong understanding of mobile technologies (iOS,Android, React Native, Flutter). - Experience with mobileperformance profiling and optimization. - Familiarity withmobile-specific profiling tools (e.g., Android Profiler, XcodeInstruments). - Experience with cloud services and their impact onperformance. - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. -Excellent communication and collaboration skills. PreferredQualifications: - Experience with continuous integration tools. -Knowledge of performance monitoring tools (e.g., New Relic,Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus). - Familiarity with mobileperformance testing tools for load testing (e.g., BlazeMeter, LoadImpact). - Experience optimizing mobile apps for both iOS andAndroid platforms.
