Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in media management including TV and online advertising. - Experience working with the TV industry. - Ability to speak and write in English and Spanish fluently. Preferred qualifications: - Experience with online video campaigns and meeting objectives. - Understanding of the TV ads market. - Knowledge of the branding/creative ecosystem and agency culture. - Ability to tailor solutions to a variety of audiences (i.e., executive-level technical product management, sales teams, etc.). - Ability to be creative, proactive, and work in ambiguity. - Excellent communication skills. **About the job**: Strategy & Operations (S&O;) professionals in Google’s Marketing organization provide business critical insights and analytics, ensure cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and help teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. To be successful in this role, you have a hypothesis-driven approach to problem solving, effective quantitative and communication skills, and the ability to take on broad-reaching and ambiguous questions while working collaboratively and cross-functionally with Googlers of all levels. As the part of the team, you will work with and gain insights into the workings and specifics of all regional markets and their clients. You will influence media strategies and collaborate across Google. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences. **Responsibilities**: - Work across Google and YouTube’s video advertising suite of products. - Build annual strategy for a sector/business unit, working closely with regional go-to-market leaders. - Understand planning tools and manage the efficiency/reach conversation from a CTV perspective. - Drive alignment across key stakeholders in leadership. - Collaborate with sales teams to execute on annual plans across both YouTube and DV360.
