The Role You will participate in and lead various technical IT and Internal Business initiatives through Network and Cloud Administration. You will also assist other members of your team with a broad range of challenges and activities using your knowledge and diverse skillset. - Administer and maintain LAN/WAN networks and AWS services (Compute, VPC, IAM). - Manage ZTNA tools for secure access. - Script automation for Windows and Linux environments. - Maintain clear technical documentation and API integrations. - Provide daily support to Technology Operations; oversee configuration management for Windows, Linux, and network devices. - Respond to system alerts, troubleshoot issues, and ensure uptime; recommend improvements and new technologies. Requirements - 5+ years in network administration or engineering. - Expertise in Windows Server, Linux, and AWS. - Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Batch). - Knowledge of SSO protocols (SAML, AzureAD, OIDC), Active Directory, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, PKI. - Strong work ethic, teamwork, and communication skills. - Able to lift 50 lbs and travel internationally if needed. - Fluency communicating in English (B2 or above).
