As a **Back Office Specialist**, you will have the objective of supporting the administrative tasks related to our client's operational and accounting processes. **Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**: - Process invoices and clean errors on the data to proceed with billing. - Perform data entry of different types of documentation associated with our client's operational processes. - Confirm that scanned paperwork, pictures, and documentation are attached to each dock receipt, booking, and bill of lading. - Ensure communication is clear and detailed to limit delays or misunderstandings among parties. The ability to properly prioritize workflow and thrive in a busy and dynamic work environment is a must. Attention to detail and the ability to handle repetitive tasks are a priority. - **Language**: Very good English skills.
