Key Responsibilities - Design and develop high-converting landing pages and product detail pages (PDPs) using Replo, with a focus on clear messaging and compelling visuals. - Create engaging headlines, bullets, and calls-to-action (CTAs) that drive conversions and sales. - Collaborate with media buyers and email teams to align offers and maximize ROI. - Analyze results and optimize campaigns using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Hotjar. Requirements - 3+ years of experience in CRO or e-commerce growth design, with a proven track record of success. - Proficiency in Replo, Shopify themes, and basic HTML/CSS. - Strong conversion copywriting skills, with examples of successful campaigns. - Visual/UI skills, including Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud. - Experience with GA4 event setup and strong test analysis. Bonus Points - Experience working with beauty/wellness direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands. - Familiarity with Klaviyo and AI tools like Midjourney and ChatGPT for mockups and copy.
